PRINCE CHARLES'S CHANCES
(Received 29th November, II a.m.) LONDON, 28th November.
The "Daily Mail's" Vienna correspondent says that King Ferdinand supremely desires to- see Princo Charles, who is at present in Paris with his lover, Madame Lupescu. Prince Charles has written, expressing a wish to visit King Ferdinand, but is insisting that Princess Helen, from whom he desires a divorce in order to marry Madame Lupescu, must be sent from Rumania. Princess Helen has won the respect of the Rumanians, who consider that Prince Charles's, demand is atrocious. M. Bratianu (Minister of the Interior) considers that Prince Charles's bid for the Kingship will entail a civil war, but says that King Ferdinand, if Prince Charles shows any indication of being a worthy successor, would rescind the latter's renunciation of tho Throne.
