The Telegraph Agency repeats that King Ferdinand is sinking. He is reduced to a skeleton. The agency adds that the Rumanian authorities are striving to prevent Queen Marie and Prince Carol from meeting at Paris by whisking the Queen direct to Bucharest from the ship. Meanwhile the operation on tho King is being delayed pending the Queen's arrival.
