GOVERNMENTS SHOULD COOPERATE.
(United Presi Association.— Copyright.) LONDON, 11th November. Viscount Burnham presided at a meeting of the Colonial Institute when the Empire film scheme was discussed.
A resolution was passed expressing the opinion that it is vital to the welfare of trade that Governments should co-operate and encourage film production.
The Institute also appointed an advisory committee to co-ordinate interImperial efforts. The committee includes Sir George Fairbairn, Mr. H. P. Colebatch, Sir James Parr, Sir Philip Gibbs, Lord Askwith, and Lord Danesfort.
