"Citizen Taxpayer" writes at length submitting questions regarding the Agricultural College. He wants to know if £50,000 to £70,000 spent on Lincoln College would not have sufficed for the next ten or twe__ years; if the college will turn out town-bred men as theoretical instructors; if the poorer farmers will he able to send their sons for training, and if it would not be possible to bring twenty or thirty men from England trained in the practice and theory <>f farming who, after gaining local experience, could act as instruuetors in the various districts to the advantage of the farmers who need practical help.
