OLYMPIC CLUB.
The weekly'run of the Olympic Harriers took place from Mr. D. E. Beaglehole's residence in Hopper street, on Saturday afternoon. Twenty runners took part in the run. Paper was dispensed with, and the pack, under the club captain, made a course, from Hopper _ street to Mount Victoria, along the ridges, and back to Hopper street. After the run, the runners and their friends were entertained to afternoon tea by Mr. and Mrs. Beaglchole, and a very enjoyable afternoon was spent. Mr. Scatchard, the club captain, thanked the host ou behalf of the club, and announced the team to represent the club in the Bennett Memorial road race next Saturday as follow: A Team—Wilson, H. Gordon, ,A. Porter, H. Cook, Scatchard; B team —Ormrod, Lankshear, I. Williams, Maekay. Workman; emergencies, Lovatt, A. Williams, Harding.
