LONDON, 2(sth August. At the tallow sales, 13C7 casks were oil'ered, anil 420 were sold. Prices were* unchanged.

SYDNEY. SCth August. The wheat market is lifeless. Farmers' lots, Cs lid per bushel, ex trucks Sydney; parcels, bagged, 7s 4d to 7s Cd. Oats: Tasmanlau Algerian, 5(3 per bushel'; white, 5s 3d.
Maize: Yellow, 7s per bushel J white, 7s. Potatoes: Tasmauiau, £11 10s to £10 per ton; New Zealand, £11.
Onions: Victorian, £21 per ton; Japanese, £22.
ADELAIDE^ 2Cth August. Wheat: Growers' lots, 6b id per busjiel; parcels for trade, 6s 9JdOats: 8s per bushel. MELBOURNE^ 2Cth August. At the hides sales, strong light kips -were a farthing higher.
