lv thi case in which Harold Arthur Thome, a farm hand, claimed from Jack Olliver, a farmer, £9G2 11s 6d damages as the. result of a collision between the plaintiff's motor-cycle and the defendant's motor-car, the jury disagreed, and a new hearing was applied for.
