Several newspapers draw attention to the fact that international financial leaders are spending a holiday .it Aix-les-Bains, including Mr. Stanley Baldwin, Sir B. S. Home, Mr. A. W. Mellon, Mr. S. Parker-Gilbert, and other notabilities."Liberte" declares that the assembly is no mere coincidence, and goes on to say: "Senator Dupuy, a member of the financial deputation M. Caillaux sent to Washington, has arrived at Aix-les-Bains with instructions to open semi-official inter-Allied debt settlement negotiations."
