The British Imperial Oil Company adrises that the tanker Gold Shell Is expected to arrive at Wellington on Friday morning with oil from Singapore.

THE CANADIAN CRUISEB.

An arrival In port late last night was the Canadian Government Line steamer Canadian Cruiser from Dunedin. The vessel was to leave Wellington this afternoon for Auckland to complete loading, and.ls expected to sail from there on Saturday for Now York, Boston, and Montreal.

TREBABTHA AT DUNEDIN.

The A. and A. Line chartered steamer Trebartha arrived at Dunedin at T o'clock last night from Lyttelton. She is expected to leave there to-morrow afternoon for New Plymouth and Wanganul to complete discharge of her American cargo.

NORFOLK DUE SATURDAY.

The Federal Company advisei that the NorrolK Is expected to leave Wanganul on Friday night for Wellington to continue loadlnr lor West of England ports and London. She Is due here on Saturday, and sails on Tuesday for Napier, Walkokopu, Giaborne, and Auckland tq complete loading.

OPAWA REPORTS.

The Federal Company has receWed a radio message from the Opawa, en route from Liverpool, stating that she Is expected to reach Auckland to-morrow. She Is due at this port on 9th September.

THE MAUNGANUI.

The Union Company's X.11.5. Mauneanul is due at Wellington on Monday morning from San Francisco, via Papeete and Barotonga. On arrival here, she will be replaced by the Makura, which will continue the voyage to Sydney.
