SIR RICARDO SCHREIBER
PERUVIAN KNIGHTED FOR
SERVICES.

LONDON, 21st August.
A Peruvian, Dr. Eicardo Schreiber, has boon made a Knight of the British Empire in recognition of his valuable sorvices in Anglo-Peruvian relations. This unusual bestowal of an English knighthood marks the termination of Dr. Schreiber's seven years' service in London. He is shortly to go to The Hague as Minister.
