ENCOURAGING CHILDREN TO SWIM
"It is doubtful if the withdrawal of tho_ special encouragement accorded to swimming is justified," remarks the chairman of tho Wellington Education Board in his annual report to tho Minister. "This, is a maritime country, and it is most important that our youth should learn an art which may result in the saving of life and is in itself one of the most healthful of all exercises. ?-'-
