BROOKLYN CLUB.
The Brooklyn Harrier Club held', a run' from Muritai on Saturday. Some fifteen runners participated, and a course of about six miles was traversed, from- the Kiosk towards' Pencarrow Point, and to the left across the valley, returning the same way. Owing to the broken nature of the country several members of the pack were lost for a short time, but by the time the return journey had begun these runners had joined the pack again. A runin of about 150 yards against a strong wind was won by D. T. Sinclair, who was second last week. A. Tedd was second" and S. Janes third. Nest week the club will be the guests !of Mr. and Mrs. Willis, of Brooklyn.
