On a judgment summons, Ilorace Delghton was ordered to pay E. C. Russell and Co., Ltd., £4 la fid by 9th September, ill default three days' Imprisonment; Charles Bolton to pay Robert Blcyney Somervllle £5 15s 6d by 9th September, In default five days' imprisonment; E. Thomson to pay J. Kober £1 9s 6d by 2nd September, in default 24 hours' imprisonment.
