"A BILL OF DIVORCEMENTS."
"A Bill of Divorcement," which is to be produced by the National Repertory Theatre Society in the Concert Chamber of the Town Hall next Saturday, and the two following week nights, has been assiduously rehearsed under the direction of Mr. Leo de Chateau for the past three months. This society has already given us » taste of its mettle in the very fine production of Shaw's 'Tygmalion," and there should be no doubt about the success of "A Bill of Divorcement" on the score of efficiency. Special scenery is being painted by Mr. William Beck, Mr. Leon de Mauny is arranging the entr'acte music, which will be played by Miss Frances Henry (violinist) and Mr. Thurkettle, A.T.C.L. (piano). Foundation and ordinary members of the society may book their requirements at the Bristol up till noon to-day, but after that hour all preferential privilege will cease, and the plans for the three performances will be thrown open to the general public on Monday morning.
