MAHENO'S PASSENGERS.
The Union Company's inter-colonial passenger steamer Maheno arrived in the stream at 6.25 this morning from Sydney, and was berthed shortly after 9 o'clock at No. 1 north Queen's Wharf. She left Sydney at noon on Friday and moderate seas with slight northerly winds prevailed until entering Cook Strait when a strong northerly was encountered.
