MANAKAU DAIRY COMPANY.
The annual meeting of shareholders of the llanakau Co-operative Dairy Co.. Ltd.. was held on Friday last, Mr. Cecil Dimock. presiding ovor an attendance of 20 shareholders. The chairman, in moving the adoption of tho report and balance-sheet, expressed pleasure in tho fact that tho operations of the company had been marked by smooth workinc ana co-operation from the suppliers. He urged on the shareholders the importance of pulling tocether and working in with the management as all interests were identical. A suggestion that the dividend on shares bo 6 per cent, was made by Mr. R. B, Kllgour, and referred to the incoming board. Mr. Robert Bevan was elected to the board in place of Mr. F. E. Burnell, who did not seek re-election. Messrs. Dempsey and Lltchfleld wero re-elected auditors. At a meeting of the new board, held later. Mr. Cecil Dlmock was again unanimously reelected chairman.
