now open. In the Supreme Court yesterday i afternoon, Mr. Justice Ostler heard ' an application by Holophane, Ltd., for - an extension of the term of patont for the manufacture of glass. His Honour granted an extension of three years, . followmg the extension granted in jt England. Mr. J. Prondevillo appeared i for the Registrar of Patents, and Mr. Heine for the applicants.
