NEW YOBK, 28th July. A message from Santo Domingo itates that meagre reports of hurricane damage to the island of San Domingo estimate the loss at 3,000,000 dollars. The steamship West Harshaw has sent a radio message that she has taken the disabled Ansaldo San Giorgio in tow for New York.

Nassau, in the Bahamas, was badly wrecked by the hurricane and the radio station is down.
