MEMORIAL TOWER TO LORD KITCHENER.

Lord Home unveiled a memorial tower to Earl Kitchener and the officers and men of H.M.S. Hampshire at Marwick Head, Orkney. As Lord Homo unveiled tho, memorial, H.M.S. Royal Sovereign, steaming slowly over the spot where the' Hampshire was sunk by a German mine, fired a salute.
