Dame Christina Massey, widow of the lato Eight Hon. W. F. Massey, for so long Prime Minister of New Zealand, was a daughter of Mr. Walter Paul, of Mangerc, % Auckland. Throughout tho 30 years of her husband 'a political
life she acted as a loyal and efficient helpmate, in addition to taking at all times an active share in the work of many humanitarian organisations, more especially those concerned with the amelioration of the lot of women and children.
