TEHERAN, 2nd July.
The military stationed at Salinas, about fifty miles from Tabriz, revolted, killed their commandant, and marched to-Khoy, where they were joined by another force. Together they marched on Maku, on the Turco-Persian frontier, and were joined by the force there. The combined insurgents started looting, and troops were immediately dispatched from Tabriz against them and a regiment was sent from the capital for Bujnurd Khorasan, where: some trouble occurred.
