The tranquillity of the International Congress of League of Nations Societies at AberystwytK, was rudely disturbed. While tho chairman, was introducing CoUnt Bernstorff, a man rose in the hall and abused Germany, shouting, "What about the Lusitania, you dirty German?" He was finally induced to leave, still hurling insults and shaking his fist.
