LODGINGS NOT GOOD ENOUGH.
"I say, Mr. Speaker, that the corn--forts in lodgings in Wellington are not what they oughtto be," declared Mr. J. Horn (Wakatipu) in the Honso Ox Representatives yesterday. "Any man who gets fair comforts in'a boarding house in Wellington is a lucky man. The money we'have to pay for these boarding-house comforts is too much," Mr. Horn urged that in the erection of the "new wing of Parliament Buildings provision should be made for the sleeping accommodation of members.
