Finest Australian salted, 168s to 170s (170s to 1725); unsalted, ITOs to 172s (1725). Cheese: Market very slow. We quote New Zealand coloured, 899 to 90s (928 to 935); white, 90s to 91« (93s to 945). New season's Canadian cheese, white SBs to 905., coloured 87s to SOs. (Last week's quotations in parentheses.)
