MYSTERIOUS FIRE
(By Telegraph.—Pres3 Association.) INVERCARGILL, This Day. A mysterious fire which resulted in the complete destruction of tho Limestone Plains School neai\ Isla Bank, causing damage estimated at £1000, occurred early this morning. At 2.30 o'clock a party of men passed tho school without noticing anything amiss, but an hour later the building was found to be hopelessly ablaze. The only theory advanced as to the cause is that an electric light switch fused.
