COAL RIGHTS CLAIM
(By Telegraph.—Press Association.) WESTPORT, Ist July. The hearing o£ the mining case in which J. T. Dove claimed £3700 for coal alleged to have been taken from his lease by Morganti and party, and for damages, and of a counter-claim by Morganti and party for £1700 for damages to drive, losses of coal caused thereby, and through plaintiff piercing a fire area, was lesumed to-day by Mr. W. Meldrum, 'Warden. He sat until a Jate hour to-night, when the hearing ivas adjourned until 15th July. j
