In-view of the economic situation Cabinet has adopted a Bill prohibiting tho erection during twelve months of buildings except popular economic dwellings, prohibiting the opening of now bars, cafes, confectioners' shops, dancing halls, and similar premises until further notice; limiting the number of pages of daily papers to six (and these must not be enlarged). No petrol will be available without the admixture of alcohol after Ist November. Employers will be authorised to increase the working day immediately.
