ART PURCHASES FOR AUSTRALIA
(Australian-New Zealand Cable Amu.) (Received 30th June, 2 p.m.) LONDON, 29th June. The trustees of the National Art Gallery of New South Wales have bought a drawing of a woman by Augustus John, an etching and a drawing both b.y Muirhead, and a bone drawing,'en titled "Street Scene in St. Germain Auxerre."
