(By Telegraph.) (Special to the "Evening Post.") CHEISTOHUEOH, This Day. "Motorists who become involved in accidents should report first and perform acts of gallantry afterwards," said Mr. G. P. Finlay, appearing for William Anderson, who wag charged with failuro to roport an accident after knocking down a woman. Anderson drove her home, where she informed him that it was unnecessary to report the matter, as two policemen wore seen taking notes. "They turned out, to bo tramway officials," said counsel. "Anderson later informed tho police, mvl was told it was all right when ho stated what he understood to be the positiou, but it was not all right, as he now stands charged.
