At a sitting of the Mount Cook Police Court, before Mr. T. H. Cottman, J.P., this morning, a first offender for drunkenness, was fined 10s, amount of bail. Edward Enoch Peek, a second offender, was fined 10s, in default 48 hours' imprisonment, and Benjamin Norman Campbell, a third offender, was fined £1, in default forty-eicht hours' imnrisonment.
