PROPOSE RADIO TESTS
BETWEEN AUSTRALIA AND BRITAIN.

In the House of Commons, Sir Archibald Sinclair asked whether Mr. Fisk 's offer to conduct two-day wireless telephony tests had been accepted, and if not, why npt? The Postmaster-General, replied: "I have communicated with the Australian authorities afld I understand that the Australian Amalgamated Wireless Company has not a station capable of undertaking radio-telephonic transmission, therefore the experiments are impracticable. The company offered to receive record strength experimental transmissions from Rugby. I welcomed the offer, but unfortunately' these have been suspended owing to tho coal troubles."
