GENEVA, 9th June.
The League Council endorsed the opinion of the Mandates Commission in regard to the question of the military recruiting of the inhabitants of mandated territories outside such territories, and requested the Mandates Commission to consider the views of mandatory Powers in regard to the definition of terms concerning the liquor traffic, and to inform the Council before September of such conclusions as they might Teach as a Tesult of a further examination of the question.
