142.3 Miles on a I Gallon of Plume! World's Mileage Record Broken by a CITROEN CAR ON April 25th a remarkable mileage test was coridu&ed in a Citroen Car. A gallon of Plume Motor Spirit was measured and the quantity checked by Mr. H.W. Harrison, of the "Australian Motorist, 1' who personally sealed the tank. The car then moved off, accompanied by the official observers. During the trip which followed, every road condition was encountered, the route being round Melbourne and its outlying suburbs. When the gallon of Plume was exhausted, 142.3 miles had been covered constituting, a world's mileage record. Here is indisputable proof that for Mileage and Dependability Plume Motor Spirit has no superior the world over.
