ISMED PASHA'S STATEMENT.

The Premier, Ismed Pasha, in a statement to his followers, says that Turkey could have recovered Mosul by force of arms, but it was questionable whether it was worth delaying the nation's restoration by a new war of unknown duration. Government supporters have approved the Anglo-Turkish Treaty.
