The Government reports state that, speaking generally, there is :-.o shortage of food. . Apparently there has been little effort to raise prices. No difficulty in obtaining drivera for transport is anticipated by the Civil' Commissioner. In some cases, where thftre was a difficulty in moving supplies, the Trades Union Congress permitted volunteer workers to remove the goods.
