The Government's intr< luction of a Bill renewing tho tobacco duty led to an unprecedented scene and many hours' uproar. Later, a number of deputies led a mob into Parliament,, resulting in a wild disorder. The Republican Guard cleared the building after much fighting. It is believed that are being taken to establish a dictatorship.
