Interesting visitors to Sydney . at present are members of the Indian Army hockey team, which is en route to New Zealand. All the members of the team are sturdy Indians with turbauncd heads and neat uniforms, and they attracted much attention. Tho visitors played a practice match against a Sydney army team, and won by 23 goals to 1. They gave a fine display of cor.liination, which was splendid, and their stick work was excellent.

The Indian Army team is due in New Zealand next week, their first fixture being against Hamilton, taking place on Saturday, 15th May.
