GISBORNE GAS COMPANY.
The iiunuai report of the Gisborne Gas Company, to be presented at the company's 43rd annual meeting, records that "a satisfactory year has again been experienced, and the company still continues to progress." The balance ou 31st March, 1925, was £2255 Cs 3d, and, after paying an interim dividend of fid per share ou ordinary shares f-bsorbinß £1335 Is), in May, 1925, there remained on 31st March, 1926, a balance of £2335 Is available for distribution. The directors recommend the payment of a further dividend of Od per share on ordinary shares, and tile carrying forward of the balance, £1000. The retiring directors are Messrs. H J. Bushn.ell, A. T. Hookey, and P. J. Barry, who are eligible for re-election.
