TRUST ABUSED
"You were placed in a position of trust and you abused it," said Mr. W. G-. Riddell, S.M., to William George Mivernan, who came before the Magistrate's Court today for sentence on a charge of failing to account for £41 fls 9d to the Wellington Kennel Club. This is not your first offence," added his Worship. "The Probation Oilieer does not recommend probation. You will be convicted nnd sentenced to three months' imprisonment."
