PARIS, 4th May. Tho General Confederation of Labour has convened, a. conference, of. miucrs, raihvajme.ii, dockers,.and seamen to dia-
cuss support for the British strikers. A, definite decision was not reached, but the French unions have assured the British workers of their sympathy and promised to contribute to the success of the strike.
