CIVIL SERVANTS' DUTIES
LONDON,-sth May. The Staff Committee of the Whitley Council resolved to advise all Civil servants not to volunteer to perform duties outside normal, recommending obedience to the orders of competent authorities, but to report any attempt to induce them to perform unusual duties.
