STRAND THEATRE.

In "The Little Giant," adapted from the "Saturday Evening Post" story, "Once a Peddler," by Hugh Kahler, showing finally to-day as the stellar attraction at the Strand Theatre, scientific modern selling methods are pitted against the old-.time. art of the country peddlor. Also screening is "The Sunshine Trail," starring Douglas M'Lean. There is a good supporting, bill and excellent music by, Mr. Hi/Avery; . The: star attraction commencing to-morrow is aii unusual story written by Rex Beach, entitled "The Goose Woman." The story is one of the most unusual and thrilling dramas that has ever been shown. A publicity-mad opera singer and a murder near her own home start a mysterious sto;y. Louise Dresser plays the leading role, and she is supported by Jack Pickford and an allstar cast. The second feature, "The Clean Heart," is from a novel by A. S. M. Hutchinson. The cast includes Percy Marmont and Marguerite De La Motto. Charles Chaplin heads the list in "The Vagabond." Mr. H. Avery has arranged special musical numbers.
