THE CANADIAN CHALLENGER.

The local agency for the Canadian (iovcrnment Merchant Marine has been advised that the Canadian Challenger arrived at Panama at 5.30 p.m. on Saturday from Auckland, and sailed again at 5 p.m. on Sunday for £ew Vprk, Boston, and Montreal. The vessel cleared Auckland on the 3rd April.

THE PORT HOBART.

The C. and D. liner Port Hobart is now to leave New Plymouth at daybreak to-mor-row for Nelsou.

TEKOA'S PROGRAMME.

The Federal B.N. Company advises that the Tekoa is to leave Lyttelton to-day for discharging and loading at Port Chalmers and Napier. The vessel will also take in cargo at Gisborne, Auckland, Timaru, Lyttelton, and Wellington. She is due at Wellington on Ai'e Sth June, and is to sail from here on .the Bth June for Glasgow, Liverpool, Manchester, and Avonmouth.

CARGO FROM LIVERPOOL.

Tha Federal S.N. Company is in receipt of cable advice that the Hertford sailed from Liverpool on the Ist May with general cargo for discharge at Auckland, Wellington, Lyttelton, and Port Chalmers. She is due at Auckland on the 7th June, and at- Wellington about a week later. . • ,

The Union Company advises that the Mauugauui is to leave Sydney at i p.m. to-mor-row for Wellington. She Is due here on Tuesday, aud is to sail on the 14th May on her return trip to Sydney.

The C. nnd 1). Line steamer Port Hacking leaves Gisborne to-morrow afternoon for Napier and Wellington to complete loading. She is.due at Wellington on Thursday next, and is to snil from here on the 15th May for London, via Panama, . ■ .
