AUCKLAND CASES

AUCKLAND, This Day. At the Supreme Court to-day, Roy Morrison, first cook on tho Matangi, charged with doing grievous bodily harm to Howard Knott, the second cook, on 19th February, was found not guilty. Robert "William Thompson was charged with attempted indecent assauTt at Victoria Park. Tho jury disagreed, and a new trial was ordered. Richard Waugh, on a charge of breaking, entering, and theft at the premises of Hart Bros., Ltd., was found not, guilty and discharged.
