WALL STREET AND LABOUR CRISIS.

NEW YORK, 3rd May.
A sharp decline in stocks and prices, a drop of over half a cent in the sterling exchange and the establishment of new low levels for French and Belgium currency marked Wall Street's reaction of tho British Labour crisis.
