Mr. W. H. Hewitt presided at the Seatouu meeting, which was crowded. He reported increased capitation from £88 last year to £99 this year, and complimented the headmaster; (Mr. B. Anderson) and staff on good results achieved. The headmaster reported '261 attendances for first quarter of 1920, as against 220 for 31st March, 1925; attendances, 94 per cent, of numbers on the roll. The committee balance-sheet showed a profit of ,£169 10s 6d from the queen carnival; and £150 had been repaid to the Education Board for loan granted to acquire additional ground, completing the transaction. The following committee was elected:— Messrs. G. D. Ayson, \V. I. J. Blyth, W. 0. Bock, W. H. Hewitt (chairman), G. t a' ■Kr,^l? c (Becretar.v and -treasurer), \j. A. Wlutaker, L. E. Lewis. Mrs. Lancaster and Mr. F. V. Sanderson tied, but on a fresh ballot the latter was elected.
