WAIHI GOLD MINING COMPANY.

The annual meeting of the Waihi Gold Mining Company, Ltd., will be held in London on the 18tu May. Cabled advice has been received by the local director of the results of the company's operations during the year endiug 31st December last. After providing for taxes, £19,000, depreciation, £9900, and interim dividend, £24,800,. and adding £15,000 to the mine development reserve, the balance of the revenue account is £47,500. Out of this the directors recommend a final dividend for the year oi Is per share free of tax, payable on the 18th May, leaving a balance of £22,700 to be carried forward.
