Mrs. Violet Spencer was granted a provisional order of 30s a week against Leonard Spencer, residing in Wellington, New Zealand, She gave evidence that her husband posted the photograph of a girl whom he said he loved, adding that, as his wife was young and pretty, she could easily find a more suitable mate.
