CAEILLON SOCIETY'S DECISIONS,

A number of important deeisionj were reached at a meeting of the "GoneYal Committee of the "Wellington War Memorial Carillon Society held in "No;----1 Committee Eoom, Town Hall;' last evening. Ii was resolved to change-the' name of tho society from "The •Wellington Carillon Society" to "The Wellington War Memorial Carillon Society," Incorporated," and to take steps-to .inc^r*' porate the society. ■ . r.... „■..,.■ It was decided that the bells'Tb'e played on the "anniversaries df^tiA principal battles and engagements in which the New Zealand ExpediivOHary Force participated, and also Of naval engagements in which H.M.&. New Zealand took a prominent part.
