REFEREES' CONFERENCE.
(By Telegraph.-^ Press Association.) DUNBDIN, This Day. Rugby referees from all parts of the Dominion met in conference yesterday. Mr. ,D. Sl'Kenzie (Wellington) presided. Bulings were given on a number of specific cases quoted by several associations. The most outstanding of these were that' the advantage rule applies ;in the case «A a throw-in from touch; that the signal to indicate that no goal has been kicked be deleted; and that in all kicks at goal the referee shall consult his touch judges only when in doubt.. The annual meeting will be hold today. '.. ' ■
